About us
From the beginning of September 2006, the East West Electrical Switchboards Company CC (EWESCO) was established with the aim to offer a value-added service and product to national clients.
We are the preferred manufacturers of most of the Woolworths Stores’ electrical distribution boards (DBs) - in the WC, and as far afield as the EC and KZN. Our supply of several, smaller WW DBs were also shipped to Angola, Botswana, Zambia, Malawi and Uganda.
We have been involved in the design and ongoing stringent standards of the electrical (DB) requirements of the Stores.
We have also been involved in the generator electrification of their older Stores.
EWESCO is a verified Level 1 Black Economically Empowered company.
